The current GLOW 70mg Pen is a prefilled FlexiPen. It does not need bacteriostatic water, sterile water, or any other diluent. Do not use vial reconstitution calculators or infer a click value from an assumed fill volume. The labelled blend is 50mg GHK-Cu + 10mg BPC-157 + 10mg TB-500, and the product is back in stock. Use the current product page and lot-specific device documentation as the handling source of truth.
Correction note: An earlier version of this page treated the GLOW pen as a lyophilised device that required reconstitution. That was incorrect for the current prefilled format, so the diluent, concentration, and derived click tables have been removed.
Does the GLOW Pen Need Reconstitution?
No. The current GLOW product is supplied prefilled. Do not open the device to add diluent, do not apply vial mixing instructions, and do not use the reconstitution calculator for this pen. Those tools are for lyophilised vial formats with a verified material mass and an independently chosen diluent volume.
This distinction matters because a prefilled pen arrives with its solution volume and device calibration already set. Adding liquid would change the formulation and invalidate the labelled dispensing reference. The standalone GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 vials are separate product formats and must not be treated as interchangeable with the pen.
Composition and Click Labels
